球队经常在转会期变得纷繁紊乱，但是Serafino Ingardia对于（佛罗伦萨）大量球员的出入能否带来优势充满好奇
夏天是球迷梦想超级球星到来从而带领球队走向成功的最好季节，因为在报纸上任何事情看起来都比实际情况要简单。
如果俱乐部在过去几个月里决定投入巨资（改造球队），（球迷）是很难去争辩俱乐部的转会策略的。然而，根据专家的（经验），在夏天完全的改变球队结构是错误的，甚至于如果你要变更一条在过去很成功的边路（都是困难的）。
转会教主Luciano Moggi从前总是说一个队伍在新赛季开始的时候应该拥有一个，最多两个新的主力球员。很多评论员都支持他的理论，（他们认为）做太多改变意味着球员需要时间来学习在球场上的跑动，这会减缓球队的流畅度。
这个（理论）对于像佛罗伦萨，热那亚和巴勒莫这样的球队敲响了警钟。当西西里岛球队被迫改变时，笔者很好奇紫百合以及Rossoblu（热那亚昵称）在赛季初是否需真的需要使用所有这些新面孔。

Teams often get frantic during the transfer window, but Serafino Ingardia wonders whether mass player changes are beneficial
Summer is the perfect season for fans to dream about the arrivals of superstars who are going to lead their teams to success. That is because on paper everything seems much easier than in reality.

It is difficult instead to argue against the transfer policies of clubs who have decided to invest significantly in the past few months. However, according to experts, it is wrong to completely change the structure of a team during the summer. Even more so if you are going to modify a side which was successful in the past.

Transfer guru Luciano Moggi always used to say that a formation should have one or a maximum of two new regulars at the beginning of every season. Several tacticians have supported his thesis by saying that changing too much means that players will need time to learn movements on the pitch and will inevitably slow down the flow of the team.

This rings a bell for teams such as Fiorentina, Genoa and Palermo. But while the Sicilians were forced to change, I wonder whether the Viola and the Rossoblu needed all these new faces in their starting XIs?

I am not pointing the finger against their directors who have signed talented players, but I am just questioning whether adding so much to what they already had will help them improve. After all, football isn’t like maths.

Let’s take Fiorentina for instance. The Tuscans have two new full-backs, a new attacking midfielder and striker, but most importantly they have a new playmaker which is a key role. At this stage, Cesare Prandelli is set to field five newcomers in the starting XI.

But what is left of the team which gained access to the Champions League? We all agree that in terms of quality the Gigliati have brought in fantastic players, but now it is up to Prandelli to make them work together and he will have to start from scratch.

To a certain extent it does remind me of Massimo Moratti’s old Inter, always willing to buy new expensive players but never successful which confirms the theory that mass changes do not always pay back in the long run.

Prandelli: We Have Learnt Something New
Fiorentina coach Cesare Prandelli admitted that last night's victorious clash against AZ Alkmaar was important for his side as it allowed them to gain more confidence and experience on the international scene.

The Viola achieved a morale boosting 2-0 win at Alkmaar on Friday evening, as they continue to prepare for the start of Serie A, where this result left Prandelli quite pleased with the performance of his squad

"Good game against a team who makes good ball possession," commented the former Parma coach.

"Fiorentina played in an orderly fashion and with balance. However, there is still a lot to work, but this was an international experience which we needed.

"Vaan Gaal is a professor and today we have learnt something, for example that such opponents never throw away the ball.

"Now let's think about the game against Slavia, searching for continuity. Osvaldo played well and for the team. Almiron had a bit of fever, but he is finding the condition.

"Even Zauri is finding the right pace. The entire team has the right dynamism and Pazzini scored two nice goals, but also he played for the team."

The Tuscan based club have been enjoying an excellent pre-season and the confidence continues to grow. Prandelli will be hoping his side beat Slavia Prague in the return leg of the Champions League preliminaries next week.
