Azzurri marksman Luca Toni is looking forward to playing against former side Fiorentina with Bayern Munich but he might not be fit enough to start.
Toni enjoyed a fantastic two seasons with the Viola when he blasted 47 goals in 67 games.
And now he is preparing to take on his ex-teammates in Tuesday evening's Champions League clash at the Allianz Arena.
“I don't know what kind of welcome the Fiorentina fans will give me,” Toni told UEFA.com.
“A lot of them still love me, but now I am wearing a different shirt.
“I have great memories of my time in Florence. I had two great years there - I scored lots of goals and we achieved great things.
“Will I celebrate if I score? I'm not sure but I don't think it would be a lack of respect as long as I don't go overboard.”
However, Toni's participation is in doubt after the giant striker limped off in Bayern's game against Karlsruhe last weekend following a blow to the ribs.
