Fiorentina sporting director Pantaleo Corvino insists his side will fight until the finish for fourth place as he envisages a place in the Champions League.
Corvino has shown the hand of year after year at Fiorentina as he tries to recreate the club's illustrious past. The chief is hoping his side meet the threat posed by Genoa and Roma head on as he eyes some big prizes.
"We will fight for it [Champions League place]. I am afraid of Roma because they can always reach fourth with the squad they have," Corvino told Il Corriere Dello Sport.
"Genoa are also a threat as they are in superb form right now. In addition, they can count on a excellent team of players."
Corvino believes his and coach Cesare Prandelli's efforts have continued to bring the right results to the Artemio Franchi. The director hopes his club's far-reaching projects pay dividends in the shape of silverware.
"The players have to give us a special trophy for all the good things that we have done in the last four years," added the chief.
"I think we have been the real phenomenon of Calcio. Both myself and Prandelli have been winning since we arrived here."

“队员们应该努力给我们战利品来回报我们四年来所做的，我认为我们是意甲真正的现象级球队，我和老普来这里都获得了胜利。”
