博洛尼亚:
Daniel Pablo Osvaldo could be booted out of Bologna after a training ground brawl with teammates. Will Antonio Di Natale replace him?
The Under-21 international with dual Italian and Argentinean citizenship was involved in a nasty incident this week.
Local papers report he first reacted angrily to a tough challenge from Claudio Terzi, then turned on Nicola Mingazzini, striking his teammate in the face.
Coach Giuseppe Papadopulo had to suspend the training session to restore order to the squad.
It was bad timing for Osvaldo (pictured), as Bologna have just been taken over by Albanian oil magnate Rezart Taçi and new signings are expected.
One of them could well be a new forward to partner Marco Di Vaio, as the latest candidate is Udinese and Italy star Di Natale.
The 31-year-old has also been linked with Lazio and Parma, but Bologna have shot to the top of the pile.
Other forwards potentially on their way to the Stadio Dall’Ara include Milan’s David Di Gennaro and ex-Inter veteran Julio Ricardo Cruz.
It would be a return for out of contract Cruz, who started his Serie A career with the Rossoblu from 2000 to 2003.
El Jardinero has said he is still deciding between offers from Napoli and Lazio.
